be careful everybody exercises involving heavy jumping are really hard workouts so dont think this will just be a walk in the park be prepared to work and stretch before you start this

yeah I play aussie rules football, or more largely known as AFL, where fittness is absolutely everything. Ok i’m not saying this workout is bad or anything, but what people need to understand is that your body will build a resistance to ANY particular workout, and hence the calories burnt in the workout will decrease, to lose weight, variety is everything, you will need to get a few different workouts and mix and match as to what works for you.

Stick with healthy diet and regular exercise – there are really no short-cuts – Believe it or not. If you are doing things that help you lose more than 2 lbs a week, you probably gonna injure yourself. These exercise in the video are somewhat moderate-high intensity, if you are starting, take it slow. And if you try to hard to lose weight, you will enter the exhaustion phrase. Good Luck!
