yeah I play aussie rules football, or more largely known as AFL, where fittness is absolutely everything. Ok i’m not saying this workout is bad or anything, but what people need to understand is that your body will build a resistance to ANY particular workout, and hence the calories burnt in the workout will decrease, to lose weight, variety is everything, you will need to get a few different workouts and mix and match as to what works for you.
