wicked video, i love all the biggest loser photos. i just watched biggest loser where are they now, and they showed the winner from one of the first seasons, you have him pictured at 1:32, and he’s gained almost all of the weight back, just goes to show you, the real battle is maintaining.

@sarahjortiz1989 uh, its called excerise, calori deficit, and the deficit consisting of proper foods. Nothing is easier. 5 small meals a day, eat small ammounts less then the body needs. BOOM, you’re a thin person. Dont starve, then you get fatter and metabolism goes down the toilet.

Good thing about that is I have so much muscle, I’m training hard and building more muscle. I don’t process your statement about “easier to gain back” because those days are behind me. I”m eating 6 healthy times a day/less than 2,000 calories and my body is adjusting very well. Prior to, I was eating more than 15,000 calories of fat carbs and sugar. It’s about being determined and focused. The reward very much worth the healthy sacrifice. I’m becoming a lean monster and I will help others
I understand your that you’re happy, but losing that much weight in such little time is you only losing water and muscle. It is NOT healthy and it is NOT the same as burning fat. This type of dieting makes the wieght easier to gain back and harder to lose the next time since less muscle mass means a slower metabolism. Losing weight little by little is MUCH better for your body =D

Whatever it was, its giving me energy, a flatter stomach and motivation like a mugg. Last Tuesday was two weeks and it was another 7 for a total of 23 for the 14 day rapid weight loss routine and I’m happy. The videos are great and I’ll refer other to also be inspired. I expect to loose a minimum of 2-5 pounds a week with only what I’ve cut out of my diet. What I’ve included is more fuel to the fat burning fire.
