		<description>The best thing you could do is do a small amount of cardio 2-3 times a week before your workout. Say 20 mins on the crosstrainer/treadmill etc... Do this much cardio will not &quot;kill your bulk&quot;. It will only speed up your motabalism and burn calories. Also Try eating more small meals a day if this is an option for you 6-7 300 - 350 cal meals will increase motabilism and muscle growth. Try it out for a a month or two. 		<description>I would combine Back and Biceps on the same day. You usually hit your Bi&#039;s as a secondary muscle group when you work your back. Triceps and shoulders would not be a bad combination either so I would swap those two body parts. 

As far as cardio, don&#039;t do it before your weight training. Unless you limit it to around 5 mins. In other words use it as a wake up call to your body before weights. 

Your meals shouldn&#039;t be just 300 calories, they should be 300 calories of lean protein and veggies.</description>
